I had a large order for green tea yoghurt scheduled for delivery that weekend. I started mixing up the batch on a Monday, as it takes a bit of time for the mixture to ferment. I get the best milk I can, the freshest organic ingredients for flavoring (none of that artificial stuff), and use a culture that I’ve experimented on for months.
